(More customer reviews)I got these for my 7YO son, they are just as advertized, they arrived quickly.. He hasnt yet mastered "heeling" so he usually wears them without the wheels in place. The wheels easily snap in or out and you remove a little door with a tool to access the wheels. They do run small,he usually wears a13 or 1 in shoes, I got him a size 2 and they are perfect for him.

I looked up for it on the internet, and found it on Amazon, and for an excellent price! So I bought it! And do not regret my choice. It's a awesome board! Very, very fast, resistant, awesome to skateboarding! And besides is very pretty, and everybody looks and asked me what board is this.
If you are looking for a small, fast and beautiful board, this is a great choice!

(More customer reviews)I recently joined a local women's roller derby league, and our league administrator suggests for starters, we all buy the carrera skate.It's a great price, and you won't find the same quality in another skate for this price.You get a leather Riedell made boot, and sure-grip plates, so you know you're getting quality products.I recommend, if you didn't know already, that you buy a different set of wheels and bearings to change out as soon as you get them.The bearings aren't maintable, meaning you can't take em apart to clean them out like most others better quality bearings.Here's a slight warning though, I've been told it will take approx. 100 hours of skate time to truly break in these boots.Breaking in a leather boot isn't fun, and you will have blisters.If you have any form of shoe stretcher it seemed to help me a bit.

All in all I'm extremely happy with the purchase of the Carrera skates.Once they are no longer in good condition, and if I'm still really into derby, I might think about upgrading to a full leather Riedell boot.But for starting out or recreational usage (derby or otherwise) these are great.
