(More customer reviews)I've bought about 15 pairs of skates in the past 10 years for our ever growing family.We know about bearings, and I can rotate wheels, but this is our first pair of hockey skates for my 7 year old son who has been skating on quads for a year.I want him to get used to inline skates and possibly try roller hockey. They seem like a great deal for $[...], since I just bought artistic skates for my two girls which were $250 each with a leather boot.These skates have no velcro or buckle closures, they are strickly laces, like hockey skates usually are. And there are NO breaks, also normal for hockey skates (but I was hoping they'd be there and I could take them off myself when I was ready.)I like the "aircraft metal" truck and the bearings were fast and smooth.

We have tried sports shops skating rings online........ at the moment it looks like we will have to buy replacement skates unless any one has any ideas on where i can purchase parts from.

K2 SPORTS Men's Mach 90 Skates Review

(More customer reviews)This might be my 5th pair of K2 skates in some 15 - 18 years. This is my 1st time on 90mm wheels. Very fast and not too difficult to get used to the extra height increase. In the begining and once when I couldn't find any lace up K2's I tried some other brands. Both times ended up with broken skates and returning to K2. I appreciate the extra durability. I do have a narrow foot for a guy and have bought womens shates a couple times. I skate year round. Good Stuff thanks guys!

(More customer reviews)Ok, so I am a Rollerblade/Ice hockey guy.
Never really tried roller skates till I got involved with a new Derby league.
The girls and coach started to give me a hard time about the blades so I began to borrow some skates.
Three times I used very nice Reidells' and they were $190.00 new.
Last night I got to try these out and I am very impressed.
Very comfy, no long break-in time, fast and light.
After 20 minutes we made an adjustment to the trucks and it was even better.
I felt very good and when I get better wheels it will be great.
The skates run slightly large I think, but thick socks did the trick.
Also, they look way better in person than in the stock picture.
You can spend way more and get way less, I looked for weeks and compared a lot of price ranges and brands.
These will become my outdoor skates when I can spend over $200.00 for a better pair, but for 49 bucks?
Excellent value !

K2 The Don Mens Inline Skates Review

(More customer reviews)I haven't been on blades in years and recently have been feeling that old itch again. First off these blades are not for beginners out of the box they do not come with the brake outmatched, which for me is a huge plus because Ive always taken the back brake off. The barrings are nice and smooth and seem to roll forever. They have a really nice weight to them, not too heavy at all. The sizing is a little big, comparing to my shoe size, I ordered the size 11 and I usually fit in about a 9.5-10.5 shoe. The colors are nice not tacky. Being a former soldier I the DIGI-CAM kind of swayed me a little. As far as K2 is concerned these skates are classified in their "Commission" line. Which is second to the aggressive skate. In other words this is a pretty high end piece of equipment again not for beginners. So to wrap this up I would recommend these to just about any one that's more than comfortable on 8 wheels, you wont be sorry.

(More customer reviews)i got these for my daughter for her christmas.she loves them a lot.the only problem and I caution other parents is that please buy a whole size larger.my daughter wears size three sometimes three and a half and I bought a four thinking that it would have been big enough but surprise surprise, it was tight.she is able to use them, but they squeeze.now the problem is that she loves them so much that she prefers the squeeze than ever thinking of me returning them to get another.
but, safe buy, lovely shoes just adjust the size.
